Instead, competing retailers like Walmart, Best Buy, and Dyson's own website are the spots to check out if a new vacuum or air purifier is on your list during (and before) the summer shopping event.
As this is the first Prime Day since Dyson's biggest new product drop in recent years, we wouldn't be surprised to see more intense discounts on older models than we've seen from Prime Days past.

The best Dyson vacuum value up for grabs right before Prime Day is the V8 Origin+ at Walmart for under $300. It was labeled as a Walmart+ exclusive until July 11 at 12 p.m. ET, but has remained on sale even past that time. With the V7 at $249.99, the V8 is the second-cheapest (non-refurbished) Dyson available right now — but that minuscule $50 extra significantly boosts the cyclonic suction power plus 10 minutes of extra battery life for a total of 40 minutes.
Confusing the Origin+ with other V8 iterations? The Origin+ comes with two attachments — a crevice tool and a combination tool — while others like the Fluffy or Absolute come with a few more in the box.
